AERALIS Unveils Mock-up of Common Core Fuselage at DIMDEX in Doha

AERALIS, the world leading aircraft company will be unveiling a full-scale mock-up of their common core fuselage at DIMDEX in Doha from 4 – 6 March 2024. Since AERALIS last exhibited at DIMDEX in 2022 the aircraft has progressed significantly and the common core fuselage on display at the show is an accurate representation of the aircraft that is currently being designed and built. This will be supported by a series of smaller variant models to demonstrate the range of modular aircraft configurations available.

AERALIS CEO Tristan Crawford said: “We are incredibly excited to showcase the full range of AERALIS’ unique and innovative proposition, while unveiling the common core fuselage. Our work with our Qatari partners is a huge asset to us at AERALIS, and we are hugely honoured to be able to showcase this design at the Emir, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamid Al Thani’s flagship defence show.”

In partnership with Inzpire, the stand will also include a flight simulator rig which can be used by visitors to the stand to fully explore the reconfigurable avionics solutions that AERALIS offers. Located with Barzan Holdings, AERALIS will also be displaying the full spectrum of capability surrounding sourcing and creating an aircraft fleet. This will include demonstrations of AERALIS’ Digital Engineering (AERSIDE), Reconfigurable Avionics (AEROSA) and flexible service model of aircraft provision (AERFLEX). The stand will highlight the significant global potential that the full-suite AERALIS model provides.

AERALIS establishes its Enterprise Hub in Bristol, providing a central space from which AERALIS’s partners developing its digital enterprise, open-system avionics and whole aircraft design could work both physically and remotely. AERALIS passes its first Full Concept Review, led by an independent Design Review Board, as well as attracting AERTEAM partners including Atkins, Thales UK, Siemens and Hamble Aerostructures (Aernnova), as well as securing a £9M contract with UK MOD to deliver digital learning for wider use by UK Combat Air.
