What remains? The Grammy-winning singer now owns, in addition to all of the aforementioned magnificence, a lavish vacation home in the Caribbean.
As the New York Post first revealed, Offset gave Cardi B a $1.5 million Dominican Republic investment property as a surprise for her 29th birthday.
The vocalist of “Bodak Yellow” recently shared on Instagram that the West Indies rental house has been planned for some time: “I wanted to invest in vacation rentals in the Dominican Republic and other Caribbean countries, and I’ve been telling [Offset] about it for a while, but I felt like he didn’t agree with me and would rather put the money into other assets.” I was mistaken, though.
The four-story contemporary house is situated in a guard-gated community on a 4-acre hillside lot near the water in the northeastern tourist town of Las Terrenas. It boasts six bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across more than 7,000 square feet.
There are two pools as well: a smaller lap pool just outside one of the bedrooms and an infinity pool with chaise lounges on top.
Additionally, there is a private studio with a kitchen and living area that has one bedroom and one bathroom. Multiple terraces and wall-to-wall windows also frame breathtaking views of the ocean and tropical surroundings.
Constructed from wood, stone, rusty steel, and unfinished concrete, the house is currently available for $836 a night on Airbnb. Nearby are an Italian kitchen with wine fridge, an eat-in island, and a dining room, as well as a fitness center, private garden, and covered outside eating area with BBQ.
Residents can also enjoy exclusive beach access, two swimming pools, a golf shuttle service, three tennis courts, a helicopter, and other facilities. The best part is that you can tell all your buddies about how awesome it is because Cardi B is your landlord.
