A devastating story of loving support in the most difficult of circumstances between a homeless man and his dog has turned the world upside down.

It is nothing more than the sad face of a dehumanized society that seems to ignore the pain of others, taking the sadness of people in the streets and the helplessness of animals as its own.

Definitely, it seems that it is not like them, and nothing is done to change it, even when the life of other people is extinguished.

This unfortunate case has become a reminder of how special the relationship between a dog and his owner is.

Lυlo was a man who lived on the streets, his life was not at all simple and a series of problems forced him to live asking for help from others in order to feed himself.

The poor homeless man survived in the city of Severo, with his dog, in Brazil.

He had lost everything, but in the midst of those difficult days he gained a truly precious friendship.

Biпgo, a dog who also didn’t have a home, approached him and they became best friends. But, when the cold season arrived, things became much more difficult.

“The puppies are always there. They don’t care about the wealth or poverty of their owners. That’s love,” said the emotionally moved interlocutor.

Despite how little he had, Lolo set out to raise some money to take Bigo to the vet.

It was very cold and he also wanted to buy a blanket, but for him, the most important thing was to take care of his dog’s health.

Both of them were known for their friendship, so a charitable soul gave him a gift so that he could cope with the inclement weather.

But unfortunately, someone stole it and it was left exposed to the freezing temperatures.

“Every city should have shelter. No matter the situation, everyone deserves to have a roof over their heads at night,” another person said.

The best friends had no choice but to cling to each other for warmth.

Before they had two shirts to keep them warm, but now only one remained. One night, which was recorded as the coldest in the municipality, Lolo and Biago died, because they were deprived of the minimum they needed to preserve their lives.

The reason was that they simply could not withstand the low temperatures. They were found embraced tightly.

“This is the last straw. They are living beings just like us and no one should be left out in the cold and sleeping on the sidewalks. Cry out to heaven!” said another person, helpless.

They used some cardboard to try to protect themselves, but it was all in vain. The cold was merciless to them and they were completely frozen. The image was very sad and many began to wonder if it could really have been avoided.

“How sad. We should have a little more love for our neighbors so that this stops happening.”

Living on the streets isn’t easy. Lolo and Biego spent their last days giving each other love and support.

It didn’t cost him the help he so much needed, but they left arm in arm, confident that he would always be safe and that he would protect himself. Unfortunately, this was not enough.
