Three teens were out for a bike ride through the streets of Acadia Parish, Louisiana (United States) when they came across an injured dog on the side of the road and stopped to aid; the unfortunate canine was lying on the grass and unable to walk.

When they saw him, the three young men got off their motorcycles and approached the dog to find out what was wrong and how they might help him, according to Just Something. They understood his situation was critical when he was lifeless.

The young people saw that he need medical assistance and chose to contact Haseya’s New Beginning Animal Rescue, who responded promptly.

To keep the animal safe from passing automobiles, the young people surrounded it with their bicycles, creating a barrier. They intended to offer the unfortunate puppy some comfort as they waited for relief

Despite his agony and tiredness, the dog appeared to recognize the lads’ presence and stared at them with hope. When rescuers came, they examined his injuries and drove him away in a car.

They were able to assist him by giving him medicines and checking his wounds after he arrived at the shelter. The dog looked to have been hit by a car, since he suffered leg and hip injuries. The poor animal would not have lived if the lads hadn’t phoned and waited at his side.

He was given the name “Wade” by the shelter personnel, however it was later discovered that the dog had a family and was named Taz. His family had been seeking for him for a week and could only be glad and pleased to see him again when they discovered him
