Take a look inside Rick Ross 109-room $5,8M mansion with a bunch of supercars in the garage

Rick Ross, aka William Leonard Roberts II, served as a correctional officer for almost two years after graduating from Albany State University. He changed his name from Teflon Da Don to Rick Ross, inspired by drug kingpin “Freeway” Rick Ross. He earned a multimιllιon-dollar deal with Jay-Z’s Def Jam Records after releasing his hit Hustlin. His first album debuted at number one, and he sold tens of mιllιons of singles and albums. Rick Ross, one of the world’s highest-paid rappers, is worth $55 mιllιon.

Rick Ross also invests in real estate. Over the past two decades, he has bought several pricey Florida and Georgia houses. His most costly property is a $5.8 mιllιon Georgia residence he bought from boxer Evander Holyfield with 109 rooms. Let’s tour Rick Ross’s beautiful home.

In the 1980s, Evander Holyfield was the undisputed cruiserweight champion and earned over $350 mιllιon. The former boxer retired to spend time with his family after a few losses and diminishing ventures.

One of his biggest properties, his Georgia house, required repair. According to The Sun, the mansion was auctioned due to foreclosure because it cost $1 mιllιon  to maintain. The mansion was listed for $8.2 mιllιonafter Holyfield sold it to a bank for $7.5 mιllιon. The auction started at $2.5 mιllιon, but Ross bought it for $5.8 mιllιon.

In 1994, Fayetteville County, Georgia’s property was built. 45,000 square feet cover 235 acres of the palace. A big fountain in the driveway and a white stone facade with moldings make this home stunning. All eyes are drawn to the majestic double-winding stairway that goes upstairs. The 109 rooms have 12 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms.

In addition to the mansion, Rick Ross has owned several properties. He paid $5.2 mιllιon for a coastal Fort Lauderdale property with eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms in 2012. He sold the Georgia estate for $6 mιllιon in 2016, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
