Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez bought a ten-bedroom mansion on the island in 2020, adding glamour.
According to TMZ Hip Hop, Rick, 47, lives in Star Island after growing up in the same Miami suburb as Flo Rida.
Rick is expected to invest massively on restoring the property after purchasing it. His new 40,000-square-foot mansion has six baths, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool.
A modest wooden harbor in the lavish coastal home’s lawn provides water access. Rick can utilize the entertainment room after moving in.
The Money In The Grave artist is allegedly close to selling the May-listed house. About two years ago, he spent $3.5 million for former NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire’s Miami mansion, per Architectural Digest.
Rick told REVOLT’s Assets Over Liabilities that “I still haven’t slept in that b**** once” months after buying Amare’s house. But guess what? He thought, “What? By selling the house, I may potentially return up to $3 million more than I first invested.
