Drake, DJ Khaled’s son, and Khaled gathered to play some haphazard hoops. The ga ng used a hoop that was set up in the living room of Khalded’s house to take multiple photos. It is consoling to see them smiling and letting go in the midst of all the gossip and memories of their old animosity. As was previously said, there are rumours that Drake and Metro Boomin are at co nflict, although it’s unclear why.
Tony Yayo recently related how, during his fight with Fat Joe, he nearly shot Khaled in a speech on VladTV. Nevertheless, the video makes it clear that despite everything, Drake and Khaled are close friends.
Drake has, meanwhile, also engaged in other basketball-related activities. When he visited the broadcast booth for the Raptors’ in-season tournament game versus the Celtics in November of last year, he had the chance to offer colour commentary for his club.
During one of his highlights, Drake made fun of the Celtics bench players who were doing admirably in a close game. But Khaled disclosed last year that if he hadn’t overlooked a Drizzy MySpace private message, he might have started dating Drake sooner. “I didn’t know how to utilise the features on MySpace.” However, what a waste of time it would have been for me to collaborate with Drake before he was even a Drake, or to sign him.
