Rick Ross Announces 800-Item “Luxury & Lifestyle” Auction for Charity, Including 300 Sneakers and 11 Weird Items You Can Buy to Help the Poor
He’s contributing to a worthy cause by drawing from his personal collection.
Rap fans are familiar with Rick Ross from his days of excess and grandiosity. As a result, over the years, he has lavished large sums of money on chains, homes, and vehicles, among other items.
Throughout the process, he has amassed an extremely remarkable collection of diverse unusual objects and artifacts. He’s now allowing people to peruse his collection and possibly place a bid on some of the pieces.
The recently announced “Push It To The Limit: Luxury & Lifestyle” charity auction will be the means of doing that. Later this month, it will happen simultaneously in Los Angeles and online.
Ross also sent a statement outlining his thinking behind choosing to put some of his belongings up for auction. One day, as I looked around, I was struck by how fortunate I am.
I wanted to find a way to help others and spread some of the world’s most coveted luxury items that I have accumulated throughout my career. I had the idea to hold an auction and use the revenues to support the future generation of CEOs, thanks to my brother Pharrell.
According to his remark, “it was the most effective and long-lasting way to touch my fans and give back to a community that has given so much to me.” Julien’s Auctions is in charge of conducting the auction. Additionally, the Boss Up Grant program of The Creative Collective NYC will be supported by the earnings. Take a look at the auction trailer below.
