From enthralling wrestling fans to taking Hollywood by storm, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson never fails to entertain the viewers.
The first trailer for the film Moana 2, starring The Rock, was recently shared. The film is set to be released in theatres on November 27. Ahead of the mega release, the WWE star shared a video showcasing his sheer athleticism and top-notch fitness. In a video shared by The Rock on Instagram, the 52-year-old can be seen showing off his gymnastics skills as well. The Rock also had a special message for the USA athletes, who are currently plying their trade at the Paris Olympics 2024. The video shared by The Rock featured a line that read, “Sad to report I did not qualify for the 2024 men’s Olympic gymnastics team.”
The caption of the post read, “But happy to announce USA Gymnastics is officially naming a new event after me called ‘The Rock upside down manspread pike full idiot dismount” – while holding his tequila in the can without spilling one drop’ Perfection. Shout to all our U.S. Olympians, representing like champions and being the “hardest workers in the room”. Super proud and inspired Olympics.”
Reacting to The Rock’s antics, one Instagram user quipped, “I think that deserves a gold medal.”

While The Rock’s super-cool moves left the internet in splits, the USA gymnastics team had a spending outcome at the Paris Olympics. Team USA, featuring Simone Biles, claimed a gold medal in women’s artistic gymnastics at the Olympics 2024. The USA team accumulated 171.296 to secure the top spot.
Victory in Paris marked The USA team’s fourth win in the event. They had previously won the titles at Atlanta 1996, London 2012 and four years later in Rio de Janeiro. Italy (165.494) won the silver medal at the Paris Olympics while Brazil (164.497) secured a bronze.
