We always talk about the fidelity of dogs with their owners, but these animals are also capable of creating indestructible bonds between them, like these dogs who, after the death of their human, have not stopped hugging and cuddling with each other. It is about of two pit bulls who after a family trip returned home with the pain of having lost their human.
The dogs went on a hike in Colorado, United States, with their human father Kris Busching and their friend Mark. Everything was going smoothly, until the group realized they were lost. They had been walking for hours off the route they had established without realizing the trouble they had gotten themselves into. Even worse is the fact that the tragedy was walking behind them, hot on their heels.
Tonka, Little P., Mark y Kris llevaban dos días perdidos y, exhaustos por la falta de agua y alimentación, el dueño de los perritos decidió descender con ellos a un cañón con la intención de conseguir algo que beber. Lamentablemente, lo único que halló Kris en ese lugar fue la muerte.El hombre perdió el equilibrio y cayó junto a sus mascotas hasta el fondo del cañón.
Los perritos quedaron lesionados por la caída, mientras que Kris perdió la vida al instante debido al impacto. Durante el angustiante momento, Mark vio cómo los canes se quejaban del dolor físico y emocional al ver que su dueño no se levantaba.
Lastimosamente, la ayuda llegó un día después y en ese momento los socorristas solo pudieron recoger el cuerpo sin vida de Kris.Los perritos también fueron rescatados.
Mark tuvo que enfrentarse a su dolor y el de la familia de su amigo en Long Island, al llegar a casa solo con Tonka y Little P.Dada la magnitud de la tragedia la organización sin fines de lucro y con sede en Nueva York, Mr Bones & Co. se encargó de los canes. Los perritos quedaron bajo el cuidado de estas personas que trataron sus lesiones y velaron por ellos para que la familia pudiese despedir a Kris tranquilos. Mientras los perritos se recuperaban en Mr. Bones & Co.
These loving dogs did not leave Kris’s body for a moment and when they realized that dad had left they had no intention of being separated from them.
For this reason, at the health center they did not stop hugging and comforting each other. This situation impacted the rescuers and doctor present so much that they decided to record the scene.
Mr. Bones & Co wrote on their Facebook page about the emotional experience: “The level of loyalty and love that these two radiated, when big brother Tonka was admitted to our emergency animal hospital @amcny so his leg could save yourself, you don’t need more subtitles. “His bond with Little P is forever.”
Although the puppies were quite hurt, the most important thing seemed to be to be united.Tonka had a fracture in her right wrist that required a splint, in addition to the emergency surgery she underwent to address a broken leg.
Meanwhile, Little P required x-rays on her jaw, due to an injury also caused by the impact. The organization decided to raise funds to support the dogs without worrying the family about medical expenses.

“We are all devastated, and we truly cannot describe the emptiness and pain we all feel. He was a talented human, with great hopes and dreams. He lived an extreme lifestyle and, like most of my family, he loved the outdoors… We love him unconditionally. Nothing and no one prepares you for something like this,” Dave Busching, Kris’s brother, said on Facebook.
These little dogs only have each other and that feeling of abandonment is reflected through their desire to be together and hug each other. Like two true brothers, the furry ones refuse to separate and that is why the organization thinks very carefully about what will be best for the future of the furry ones.
For now it is known that they are looking for a loving family that wants to take them both together, there is no way to separate the puppies after everything they have suffered.
