I wrote about Denzel Washington’s 2021 crime thriller The Little Things earlier this week, which debuted at the top of the streaming service’s list of most-watched movies. However, viewers of Netflix like me can now see that the 2018 suspense thriller Skyscraper, which is already ranked number six, is not far behind.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson portrays Will Sawyer in this high-octane film. Sawyer is a former FBI agent and American combat veteran with expertise in tower security. Sawyer is falsely accused of starting a fire at a building located in China. Sawyer is now on the run and a wanted man; he needs to clear his identity and get his family out of the blazing building before it’s too late. The Canadian-born actress has acted in several of my favorite movies, including The Craft (1996) and the Scream trilogy. In the Netflix legal drama The Lincoln Lawyer, Campbell portrayed a recurrent role. However, it was announced in March that the actress would not be returning for the third season.
