Dwayne Johnson, popularly known as ‘The Rock’, is one of the most popular global celebrities. The Rock got massive stardom after his stint with WWE which also paved the way for his entry into Hollywood where he gave applaudable performances in ‘Fast & Furious’ franchises as well as ‘Pain & Gain’, ‘Hercules’ and ‘San Andreas.’
The Rock started his wrestling career in 1996 and soon became one of the industry’s biggest performers. The Rock won his first world championship in 1998 and went on to win a total of 10 championships, including eight WWE championships and two WCW World Championships.
The Rock carries a very masculine physique which is very hard to achieve naturally. The WWE star has often been accused of taking steroids. The latest claim has come from the legendary, eight-time Mr. Olympia winner Ronnie Coleman. Ronnie was in a show with Ranveer Ahluwalia where the host asked him to predict if the shown celebs are on steroids. When Ranveer showed Ronnie Rock’s photo, Coleman nodded in agreement, saying that the WWE star looks to be on steroids.
Ronnie was also shown pictures of athletes like Cristiano Ronaldo, however, Ronnie agreed that Ronaldo’s physique looks natural.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time ‘The Rock’ has been accused of taking steroids. Earlier, American UFC color commentator and podcaster, Joe Rogan, who has 14 million+ subscribers on his YouTube channel PowerfulJRE, accused Rock of taking steroids
“The Rock should come clean right now… I need to talk to you because The Rock’s been lying. There’s not a fu**ing chance in hell he’s clean. Not a chance in hell. As big as The Rock is, at 50? He’s so massive and he’s so different than he was when he was 30,” said Joe Rogan.
The Rock, however, has always denied taking steroids. Speaking to MTV while promoting his film Race to Witch Mountain, Rock admitted that he tried steroids when he was a teen but has lived a steroid-free life since then.
“I tried it… Me and my buddies tried it back in the day when I was 18 or 19. Didn’t know what we were doing,” said Dwayne Johnson.
