DJ Khaled will be purchasing a luxurious villa in Jamaica from hotelier and businessman Gordon “Butch” Stewart.
Steward confirmed the historic deal via social media Tuesday evening.
“DJ Khaled, Butch Stewart here of Sandals Records, they don’t want me to sell you the house, but i’m going to sell you the house… Another one!,” the founder and chairman of Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts said in a video uploaded by his son, Adam Stewart.
Khaled first shared his desire to acquire the property on Monday, in a video the American DJ, record producer said he was thankful for staying at the 20 acre villa but he wanted the owners to sell him.
DJ Khaled arrived in Jamaica on Sunday for a ‘top secret’ mission which has so far included Reggae icon Buju Banton, Sizzla, Bounty Killer and Usain Bolt.
