Tracy Britten, a Londoner, went through a divorce from her first husband, and her adult children from that marriage continued to be raised together with their step-siblings. Two years later, Tracy met Stephen, her new partner, who was significantly younger. In 2008, Tracy became pregnant, but the couple decided they weren’t ready for parenthood at that time, leading to an abortion.
After the formalization of their relationship in 2012, the couple considered having a child together but faced difficulties conceiving naturally.
