Isumu was a dog who had never experienced love. They had abandoned him near a shelter, abandoned to his fate on the side of the road.
There was a wide scratch and blood around his neck from the shackles that had previously held him, and his long nails caused him anguish with every step he took. His body was covered with rage wounds and he had a unique smell of rotting flesh.
Despite all his suffering, Isumu’s eyes still held a spark of life and he still had the potential to experience fear, humility, and hope. He prayed to God that someone would come to his aid and save him from his distress.
He was found by a volunteer at the shelter. He took Isumu to the shelter, where he received medical attention and was given a comfortable bed to sleep in. Isumu is washed and cleaned of wounds. They gave him food and drink and, for the first time in a long time, he felt cared for and loved.
Day 10: Isumu began to recover. Her wounds began to mend and her fur began to grow back. She no longer smelled like rotten flesh and her eyes began to shine with delight and satisfaction.
Day 80: A nice family finally arrived at the shelter who wanted to adopt a dog. When they saw Isumu, they immediately fell in love with him.
They could feel the power and perseverance hidden beneath his tough exterior and knew he was the dog for them. Isumu’s new family took him home, where they showered him with love and devotion.
He no longer had to suffer in silence or wait for someone to save him. He finally had a home and a family that loved him unconditionally.
