The heartbreaking discovery

It was a very cold day in Florida, temperatures dropped to almost freezing, a rare but deadly cold in a usually warm state. In the midst of this harsh climate, he found the helpless, hairless dog tied to a fence at random. Her parents had abandoned her twice, leaving her to suffer in the cold.
