Even though there are countless creatures waiting for a better tomorrow, there are some stories that make you believe that humanity is not dead. This is one of those stories…

When Agel, a Great Dane puppy, was found on the street, he was practically a lost cause. This poor boy was severely malnourished and could not even stand up.

But the most surprising thing was what happened: a woman who volunteered to rescue stray dogs came forward to help. However, Apgelo’s case was not easy, as she still needed serious medical intervention.

The reason this Great Dane puppy was barely moving turned out to be his stomach full of bread. Unfortunately, Apgelo was so malnourished and starved that he ate bread to stay alive.

His stomach was full of feces, so he couldn’t eat anymore nor could he defecate when he was brought to the shelter. This condition was life-threatening and required immediate surgery, but still, the well-being of this big guy was not guaranteed.

A woman named Hapap from the Furever Rescue Foster organization did everything she could to help Apgelo survive. The surgical procedure was expensive and required a serious recovery process afterwards, so she decided to seek help through social media.

Justiп Fiпiпg and his wife, Deborah, saw the photo of this poor boy, and even though he was far from home, they moved mountains to help him.

This was not the first Great Dane that Justi and Deborah decided to save.

This couple has over thirty years of experience rescuing and raising disabled grandparents. When they heard about Apgelo’s case, they immediately knew they wanted to be involved in saving her life.

But the problem was that Apgelo was in another country and could not fly until the operation was done. Together with Hapap, this couple started a fundraiser to raise the money needed for Apgelo’s treatment.

In addition to the initial surgery, she required physical and hydrotherapy, as well as a specialized diet, which was extremely expensive.

Fortunately, the humble couple succeeded in this incredible mission and provided Apgelo with the much-needed help he needed.

The operation was successful and now this little boy needs some time to recover before flying to his forever home. When the day finally came, Hapap wrote on his Facebook:

“Finally, Apgelo came home and is very happy and enjoying his life.

I just want to thank you both for sponsoring him and accepting him into your little paradise.”

Justiп and Deborah were eager to help Apпgelo make a full recovery. They took him regularly to his therapy sessions and after a few months, this beautiful boy finally reached his full potential.

He’s a shy and reserved boy, but also a loud and cheerful dad who loves being the center of attention. He plays in his new spacious backyard and goes to the beach with his family!

However, the favorite part of his new life is undoubtedly his new housemates. He lives with three other dogs and enjoys life to the fullest. We wish him a long and happy life, full of love and new adventures. He deserves it!
