A little puppy got trapped in a nightmarish situation on a hot afternoon. Under the merciless sun, he was trapped helplessly on the sticky asphalt. It was unclear how long he had been suffering. The scorching heat pressed him, leaving him immobilized, his entire body rigid with agony.

Panicky and fear took over the poor puppy as he screamed for help. The situation was terrible and I needed a lifeline: a way to get out of this asphalt prison if I suffered additional damage.

A ray of hope shone through the scorching heat. As a compassionate person realized the situation, he realized that he had to survive. I began the delicate task of recovering the young man trapped with the most care.

“Wait,” I said calmly to the terrified dog, “you’ll be saved.”

The situation was critical and every second was critical. The entire rescue team mobilized, driven by a common goal: to free Trio, as the puppy would later be called.

Trio needed water at all to soothe his dry throat. Use the cylinder to pump lethal water toward him, offering a lifesaver for the thirsty dog.

The shoe polish was gently and meticulously scraped off, piece by piece, as I tried to free Trio. Only 30 quick work minutes are required to complete the job. Trio was married, but he remained strong and his spirit was tact.

After almost an hour of extremely fast work, the asphalt that had trapped Trio was finally removed. The cub was now free, his body married but his spirit and touch.

After completing their task, the rescue team lovingly welcomed Trio, providing him with the safety and comfort he so needed. He was now alone and the stranger offered him the perspective of a better existence.

The avalanche of concerns and questions from sympathizers was moving, a testament to those who had lost sight of Trio’s compassion. Gratitude was also expressed to the wonderful sponsors whose contributions would ensure that Trio’s path forward would be filled with love, care and the possibility of a better tomorrow.
