Kepp’s owner claimed that his face was deformed because he banged it against the wall, and there were incorrect claims that his facial deformity was due to Down’s syndrome.

This rare white tiger, nicknamed the “ugliest” feline in the world, was bred through incest by an animal trafficker who wanted to make a small fortress.

The animal, named Keppy, had a deformed face that, according to erroneous information, was caused by Down’s syndrome.

Their parents were a brother and sister, and all of their puppies, except Keely and a brother named Willie, who was severely cross-eyed, still was killed or died at 10:00 a.m.

The breeder claimed Kepp’s face was deformed because he kept pinning it against a wall, and said he did not kill the puppy on Sunday because his son thought the puppy was “too soft.”

At one time, traffickers could pay up to £30,000 for a single white tiger cub, but the price is now around £4,000.

But Kepp’s facial deformity meant he had no chance of being sold to anyone who wanted a rare tiger as a pet.

The feline grapple, known for its short face, short snout and overbite, was found by a tiger cub in Bethpageville, Arkansas, in 1998 and was living in poverty.

He was rescued in 2000 when his breeder asked the Tremendous Creek Wildlife Refuge in Ereka Springs, Arkansas, to take him, his brother Willie, his mother Loretta and his father Cooper.

The tigers, named after country music stars, were littered with their own feces and the remains of dead chickens.

The curate said the “gruff man” demanded £7,800 for the tigers, saying their deformities would attract visitors and threaten the ticket market.

Keppy’s brother, Willie, was also taken in by the animal shelter.

But he agreed to let them go for free after the shelter began to pay for itself.

The staff was surprised by Kepp’s appearance, especially his face.

Emily McCormack, a Torpedo Creek animal keeper, told the Dodo in 2015: “The gentleman we rescued him from said he was constantly hitting his face against the wall.

“But it was clear that that was not the situation.”

It was clear that Keppy’s appearance was due to inbreeding.

Ms McCormack said some media reports claimed Keppy had Down syndrome but he appeared to be mentally healthy.

She added: “He acted like the rest of them. He loved the craft, he had a favourite toy… he ran around in his habitat, he ate grass, he just looked kind of cute.”

Keппy was credibly labeled “the ugliest tiger in the world,” with people saying he looked more like a dog than a cat.

Keппy’s parents were a brother and sister.

But he was loved by the sanctuary, who gave him a home full of love.

Keппy’s life was short, regrettably.

He died in 2008 at the age of 10 after battling melanoma.

Tigers in captivity can live more than 20 years.

Their case came to light again this week through a method of slaughtering white tigers for skins and boiled meat in cubes of broth.

White tigers are not the only species, according to experts, who say they are descendants of an original cross between Siberia and Bengal.

In a post on its website, Big Cat Rescue said all white tigers are inbred and not purebred.

He said: “The ONLY way to produce a tiger or a lion from a black robe is through the intercourse of brother to sister or father to daughter; generation after generation after generation.

“The type of severe cossackism required to produce white coat mutation also causes a host of other defects of this grade.”

Illegal jackdaws breed them for skins, body parts and to be used as pets.
