Thanks to the loving care and dedication of the foster parents who work around the clock, bottle-feeding Meadow between feedings, the puppies have shown remarkable growth. At just one week old, they have all been steadily gaining weight, an encouraging sign of their health.

Before finding her way to Perfectly Imperfect Pups, Meadow had been through five different homes since giving birth to a previous litter in February. According to Kincaid, this isn’t due to Meadow’s personality; he describes her as a sweet and gentle dog.

In fact, large breed dogs, such as the Great Dane, are often adopted without a full understanding of the responsibilities and care they require. Therefore, the PIPs especially noticed this problem and determined that this would be Meadow’s last litter so that it would not have any bad influence on her next adoption.
