The Axolotl has all the characteristics of a teacup poodle and never loses its larval characteristics. Their smiling characteristics are very popular as pets, axolotls are basically salamanders that only live in the waters of Xochimilco near Mexico. Today, their numbers are decreasing because of the demand for ornamental fish as well as culinary trade.
A rather prehistoric-looking creature, the jabiru stork has a red-ringed black neck and head with a white body, giving it a vulture-like look. It is about 4.5 feet tall and is quite a “goat” creature. Despite the threat, the number of these birds has increased to worrying levels.
