This little dog named Daisy was born with deformed front legs and had to walk in a wheelchair, but Daisy always had extraordinary strength to overcome difficulties.
Daisy had an unhappy childhood because from birth she was paralyzed in her front legs and was abandoned by her owner when she was only 2 months old. This small dog was then taken into care by animal control officers. It was thought that Daisy’s life would change, but after a long time no one came to adopt her, this unfortunate dog was on the list to be injected with drugs to die “humanely”. Fortunately, an animal rescue center in California arrived promptly to save Daisy from the hands of death. Here, people have set up a fund to give a meaningful gift, a pink wheelchair to help with mobility. Since then, Daisy’s life has turned to a new page as rosy as the name Daisy that this dog owns.
Currently, Daisy is happy with her new owner, Sheena Main, she spends a lot of time walking with Daisy and taking care of her to make up for the losses in the past. Sheena Main exclaimed when she first met Daisy in the summer of 2011: “My heart burst when I met Daisy and learned that this dog had suffered so much misfortune for such a long time. So I decided to adopt Daisy. In my eyes, Daisy is a much stronger dog than she looks. Even though she was disabled and had been abandoned, Daisy did not hate people, on the contrary, she was very friendly and docile.

After the owner posted adorable pictures of Daisy in this new home, it immediately inspired many animal care centers, especially those with unhealthy bodies. Besides, the owner also hopes that Daisy’s story will be a source of encouragement for people with disabilities to live optimistically, love life and be happy like this little dog.h-a-n-h
